Anne Fricke is a writer and co-creator of MEND podcast. MEND podcast was created out of the understanding that stories heal. It is through our stories that we learn compassion and understanding for each other, and for ourselves; thus we begin to weave those threads of connection. You can find out more about her podcast here: https://www.mendpodcast.com/
In this interview we discuss the need to keep writing and putting it out there, especially in times of political and society upheaval and resistance. Anne also explores her strong reaction that has entrenched her soul and the line that has touched and followed her. The power of one line that can create such a lasting impact. The importance of poetry for keeping sane and helping to sift through, understand and process a myriad of emotions.
